As the voice of The Scented Market, our **Social Media Creator & Marketing Coordinator** will craft and implement strategies that reflect our brand values, connect with our loyal customers, and drive community engagement. **Responsibilities**
- Manage The Scented Market’s social media accounts across multiple platforms, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and brainstorm creative strategies to drive growth.
- Create visually appealing, innovative, and trend-driven content to inspire and engage our customers.
- Maintain and update The Scented Market’s Shopify website with seasonal collections, promotions, and products, and manage online orders.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess results against KPIs and ROI goals.
- Strengthen customer relationships through contests, giveaways, and consistent social media interaction.
- Collaborate with the team to identify marketing opportunities, such as new product launches, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
- Work with external vendors and influencers to develop cross-promotional campaigns and content partnerships.
- Design and coordinate in-store signage to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing shopping experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in editing engaging and visually appealing videos to enhance marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Highly creative and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for the retail, lifestyle, or wellness industry.
- Strong photography and videography skills with a creative eye for storytelling.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Experience Requirements**
- Experience managing social media platforms and content creation.
- Degree of diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with tools such as Shopify, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and Klayvio.
- Proven success in developing and implementing paid and organic marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting to assess performance.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
