Social Media and Event/ Tradeshow Coordinator

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities: Social Media Coordination (Approx. 60%)**
- Manage our company profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc).
- Creating an engaging, consistent and professional social media presence visually across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) using Graphics, Curated, Reels, etc).
- Monitor and respond to social media activity; build relationships with followers and industry influencers.
- Develop and implement a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and seasonal trends to support brand messaging.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, creative) to source content and highlight recent projects.
- Conduct market research on emerging beverage products and trends to inform marketing strategies.
**Event & Tradeshow Coordination (Approx. 40%)**
- Organize all booked tradeshows including booths, tickets and vendor logistics.
- Book all complete travel for all team members.
- Maintain and manage the digital tradeshow schedule to keep the team informed and well-prepared.
- Manage and create travel packages and itineraries, executing trip planning seamlessly and simplifying complex schedules.
- Coordinate speaker proposals and webinar sessions for industry events.
- Handled all last minute travel changes.
- Manage event timelines, booth materials, signage, shipping, travel bookings, and post-show follow-ups.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to prepare promotional items, lead capture systems, and event collateral.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and/or event coordination, preferably in B2B or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Experience using social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with trade shows in packaging, beverage, or CPG industries a plus.
- Flexible schedule with availability for occasional travel (if attending events).
**Position Details**:
- **Part-Time**: 20-25 hours per week
