**The VP Supply Chain, North America leads the development and implementation of supply chain strategies, initiatives and continuous improvement actions across Canada, US, and Mexico to support Spin Master’s four key growth pillars - product innovation, entertainment, global expansion, and acquisitions

**Responsibilities include**:

- Work in close collaboration with the North America General Manager, as well as leaders and teams from Sales, Marketing, Global Brand, Global Supply Chain, Operations, and IT
- Develop and deploy supply chain initiatives to support supply chain performance improvement over a multi-year horizon
- Develop supply chain capabilities, leading, and engaging high performing teams
- Responsible for supply chain processes and infrastructure for North America, and working with the central Supply Chain Processes and Applications team to drive ongoing process optimization
- Lead management processes to monitor core supply chain performance, including delivering against product service level agreements, leveraging working capital, and meeting cost objectives
- Responsible for market analytics, as well as inventory allocations within the region, with the goal of helping make quick and accurate supply chain decisions to better serve the business
- Ensuring order to cash processes are complaint, efficient, and cost effective

The scope of the role includes leading both planning and executional teams across North America:

- Demand Planning
- Order Management
- Warehousing & Logistics
- Consumer Care
- Retail Management Operations

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management or related field
- Preferred 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain
- Experience with Advanced Planning processes and systems
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to positively lead and engage large teams across time zones/geographies
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Proven experience developing solid internal and external relationships
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent business acumen and ability to develop and execute on short
- and long-term strategies
- Demonstrated success leading and or implementing transformational initiatives
