As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Manager, Supply & Demand Planning Process will be pivotal in modernizing our supply chain planning capabilities across McCain Foods.
**Accountabilities**:
Drive and implement technology and process solutions for North America Region in collaboration with the global team for their specific area of focus.
Ensure adequate testing is completed for specific area of focus in North America Region.
Recognize change management requirements and partner with organizational change management team to develop plan and manage the change process.
Bring internal perspectives, external benchmarks, and industry trends to solution design to create an industry-leading technology solution.
Translate business requirements and priorities into user friendly system capabilities.
Ensure alignment between ERP and planning technology solution design and the globally consistent S&OP process.
Prioritize system usability and end user adoption in the design of the system.
Provide escalation of cross-functional decisions to Transformation Leadership Team.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of supply chain planning or related experience
Knowledgeable on process mapping and design
Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
Ability to work collaboratively across several functions and regions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose solutions
Continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action
Experience with successful deployment of ERP and/or planning technology (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, etc.)
**Skills**:
Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence.
Meticulous and detail-oriented with a bias towards quality.
Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
