DataWiz Academy is a leading educational institution specializing in teaching coding to kids aged 7 and above. We offer a wide range of courses, including Scratch, Snap, Python, Java, Web Designing with React, JavaScript, SQL, Data Science, and Data Visualization. With a modern facility located in Scarborough, we provide both onsite and online learning opportunities for students. In addition to our educational services, we offer shared spaces for rent and tutoring services for high school students. As we expand, we aim to target corporate clients for training in Data Science and Business Intelligence.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Act as the Principal for Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand the academy's business, both in terms of student enrollment and corporate clients.

2. Team Management: Oversee the current team of instructors, including hiring new instructors as needed.

3. Student Services: Administer student enrollment, collect fees, and maintain open communication with parents.

4. Marketing: Implement marketing initiatives to attract new students and corporate clients.

5. Facility Management: Manage the shared spaces available for rent and other onsite operations.

6. Potential Growth: Contribute to the development of DataWiz Academy as a licensed college and explore new educational opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in running an educational center or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual.
- Understanding of the technology education sector.
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time.
- Compensation model includes commission-based incentives for business expansion.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
