Join us to help evolve the program, collaborate with amazing teams, and love what lies ahead. **Who we need** Reporting to the Director, Partnerships and Marketing, we are looking for a Manager, Partnerships, to join our team for a 12-month contract. Working with a cross-functional team, you will play a key role in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute plans that maximize member and partner value. - This is a hybrid role with the requirement to work five days in the office every two weeks._ **What's in it for you**: - Influence._ We are a data science-driven company, and our membership is growing exponentially. You will work with a manager who is open to giving and receiving feedback and will have opportunities to grow your network. **As our new Manager, Partnerships, you will**: - ** Drive partner objectives.** You will get to know the key players at our partners and be part of partnership discussions. You will establish yourself as a trusted and creative resource who can think critically and bring new ideas. You will collaborate with the Director of Partnerships and Marketing and internal teams, including marketing and data analytics, to ensure continuous success by creating programs and experiences that achieve business objectives. - ** Implement data-driven insights.**You will execute a multi-stakeholder business plan across several Scene+ accounts, using data-driven insights, cross-functional input, and member segmentation. You will monitor competitive and market trends and incorporate findings into business strategies. You will communicate prioritization measures and progress at leadership and strategic partner meetings. You will oversee forecasting for the business plan to help measure success and make recommendations for future tactics. - ** Manage projects.** You will prepare progress reports and optimize external meeting structures with clear agendas, trackers, and distributed minutes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (Data, Marketing, Operations, Member Experience) to gather input, manage timelines, and ensure strategic alignment on business plans. - ** Lead cross-functional collaboration.** You will build and maintain strong relationships to align on strategy, expectations, and performance levers. You will work with internal Program & Brand teams to provide brand stewardship and program governance while planning and executing partner programs. **You bring**: - ** The account management experience.** You have experience in strategic account management, and you may be coming from an agency, high-frequency retail, or a loyalty program background. You are a true partner and contributor, working alongside your clients and empowering them with the tools, strategies, resources, and project plans to meet business goals. You have proven experience in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders, forecasting and monitoring performance KPIs, and providing insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. - ** The project management skills.** You have strong business acumen and planning and organizational skills. You can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing resources, generating reports, and maintaining communication. You can identify gaps or problems, think critically, and propose and execute solutions. You can take the initiative and see it through from project plan to rollout, meeting deliverables, seamlessly adapting to changes in priorities, and shifting your focus when necessary. - ** The relationship management skills.** You can articulate complex ideas and influence external and internal stakeholders. You know how to navigate conflict, manage stressful situations, mediate, and facilit
