Parts Manager

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and receiving of parts.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting technicians and customers in identifying and sourcing required parts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve parts sales and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and ensure adequate supply of parts for service operations.
- Train and supervise staff within the parts department, fostering a productive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding parts handling and storage.
**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges related to parts availability or customer needs.
- Experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
