Front of House Manager

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate transactions at the point of sale (POS).
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food safety standards and ensure timely service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement and uphold restaurant policies regarding food handling and safety protocols.
- Staff scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Experience in kitchen operations is a plus, including understanding cooking processes and menu items.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.

Pay: $47,840.00-$55,000.00 per year
