**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Implement effective cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during peak times.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels for food service supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and guests.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Pay: $50,381.00-$53,095.00 per year

- Smart Serve (preferred)
