The Manager is responsible and accountable for day-to-day Front of House (FOH) operations as well as FOH training. The Manager is responsible for management floor coverage, coordinating side-by-sides and orientations, reservations as well as operational and administrative duties as required, inclusive of Gordon Foods (GFS) ordering and dry goods inventory management.
