We’re hiring immediately for a full-time Front-of-House role in North Vancouver. We’re looking for a motivated team player who can greet customers, prepare beverages (smoothies and tea), and manage front-of-house duties with professionalism and warmth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in front-of-house, preferably in the food/beverage industry
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of ingredients and ability to explain menu items confidently
- Food Safety Level 1 certification and hygiene practices
- Experience with food safety and hygiene practices
- Team player with a hardworking, dependable attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to start immediately

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers, take orders, and handle payments
- Prepare smoothies, tea, and other beverages to standard recipes
- Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and organization
- Manage inventory and assist with basic food prep as needed
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
