Aircraft Maintenance Department Administrative

The **Aircraft Maintenance Department Administrative Assistant ** utilizes strong customer service skills as a company liaison to respond to inquiries and carry out requests from customers, vendors, team members and the general public. This position interacts with customers and vendors to create and foster long-term meaningful relationships; provides administrative support as needed; provides quotations, invoices and travel arrangements; and works closely with maintenance staff.
**Essential Job Functions**
1. Deals with team members, customers, vendors, visitors and the general public and serves as company liaison in promoting a professional and positive company image per Enterprise Aviation Group’s customer service standards. Develops and maintains relationships with contacts at local hotels, vendors, etc.
2. Informs customers, prepares invoices for various company services (i.e. maintenance work, parts, etc.). Sorts, checks and verifies all invoices created to ensure accuracy of invoices. Provides administrative support for the company as requested, (i.e. sorting, organizing and filing paperwork, materials and parts; updating databases, etc.).
4. Supports company health and safety initiatives.
5. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
**Job Specific Requirements**
- **Attendance**: Regularly scheduled attendance required
- **Work Schedule**: Permanent full-time, from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
- **Physical**:Read small print; repetitive motion; tolerates standing, bending, stooping, sitting and minor lifting; proficient typing and data entry skills
- **Communication**: Must be proficient in English; able to use auditory communication devices
- **Environmental**:Tolerates working in noisy environments
- **Licenses/Certificates**:Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
**Education and Experience**
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Proficiency with general computer usage, and basic knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) required
- Aviation experience helpful
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
