**Position Overview**:
A Plus Air Systems is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated **Lead Generator** to join our in-store team at select **Home Depot locations**. As a Lead Generator, your role is to **engage with walk-in customers**, introduce them to our HVAC products and services, and **book free in-home consultations** with our licensed technicians and sales professionals.

You’ll be the first point of contact, acting as a brand ambassador for both **A Plus Air** and **Home Depot**, helping homeowners find solutions for their heating and cooling needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively approach and engage Home Depot customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Briefly introduce A Plus Air’s HVAC services, such as furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump replacements
- Educate customers about seasonal promotions and rebate programs (e.g. Enbridge, Greener Homes, Trane rebates)
- Collect basic customer information and schedule a free consultation with our HVAC team
- Set up, maintain, and manage a neat and organized in-store display booth
- Track daily lead counts and submit them to the sales manager
- Communicate any customer inquiries or issues to the appropriate sales personnel

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, friendly personality with confidence in initiating conversations
- Customer service, retail, or promotional experience is an asset
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

**Work Schedule**:

- Shifts between 4 to 8 hours
- Weekday and weekend availability required
- Work is conducted **inside designated Home Depot locations**

**Compensation**:

- Hourly Rate: $18-$22 (depending on experience)
- Plus **commission** for every qualified lead generated
