QUALIFICATIONS FOR LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST:
-
1+ year experience in outbound lead generation & prospecting.
-
A solid grasp of email and LinkedIn tools.
-
Strong understanding of LinkedIn's features, algorithms, and best practices.
-
Proven experience in list building using various tools.
-
Exceptional technological aptitude.
-
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
-
Exceptional interpersonal and networking capabilities.

Very analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data for strategy optimization.

Self-driven and creative thinker

Very comfortable with Data export, manipulation and migration

Ability to filter and build extremely high-quality lists of prospects with tools and manual review
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST:
-
Manage outreach campaigns for 7-10 clients per month
-
Manage 14-20 email campaigns and 14-20 LinkedIn campaigns
-
Build target lists of companies & contacts based on the ICP (Ideal Client Profile)
-
LinkedIn profile optimization for client profiles
-
Reply to responses effectively and convert prospects into leads
-
Develop new ideas and strategies for replies and list building to boost leads
-
Bonuses are in place for innovation, and commissions tied to leads generated
WORKING HOURS:
Full Time/ 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
9 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
