Toromont Cat is looking for a Coordinator, Reman Inventory. The Coordinator is responsible for the accurate inspection of cores returned (Maritimes branch only). The processing of core credits for internal and external customers. Maintaining the core bank to ensure its accuracy and the timely return of processed cores back to Caterpillar’s Reman facilities.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors at all times, in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives
- Maintain core bank and entitlement inventory
- Monitor outstanding and unassigned cores
- Accurately inspect cores from internal and external customers
- Process core return credits
- Package and ship cores to Caterpillar on a regular basis
- Monitor Send-it-back (SIB) warranty requests to ensure they are actioned in a timely manner
- Execute parts counter, battery, damaged stock, and tool warranty requests
- Investigate and resolve core disputes with Caterpillar, branches and customers

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Technical knowledge on parts
- Systems literate with DBS and CMIS2
