**About Us**
**Role Summary**
As a Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand to the Founder, helping to organize, coordinate, and execute a variety of personal and business tasks. You’ll be managing correspondence, staying on top of invoices and budgets, handling scheduling, and running errands as needed. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle vendor and client communications with professionalism.
- Track expenses, pay invoices, and maintain budget spreadsheets.
- Run errands (bank, courier, shopping, appointments, etc.).
- Manage daily schedule, appointments, and reminders.
- Assist with light event coordination and travel arrangements.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Financial awareness (basic bookkeeping or budget tracking a plus).
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and confidentiality are musts.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands.
**Compensation & Schedule**
- **Employment Type**: Full-time (with some flexibility for evenings/weekends if urgent tasks arise).
- **Compensation**: $25-$30/hr (based on experience).
- **Location**: Toronto, ON (in-person, with some remote flexibility).
