**Project Coordinator**

We are currently looking for an energetic and career-minded individual to take on the position of Project Coordinator within our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the completion of projects, tracking progress and any areas of risk or concern
- Assists the Project Manager with project completion
- Provide support to the Project Manager by assisting with budget preparation and estimations.
- Assist the Project Manager and Foreman with processing purchase orders
- Supervise and Coordinate delivery of materials to job sites
- Continuously communicate with Project Foreman to ensure that projects needs are being met

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in Construction Management, Project Administration, or any related field
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail and Organizational skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Bluebeam, and Jonas is not required but is considered an asset
