We are currently seeking a skilled Installer to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding products and services.
**Mission of Position**
Project Coordinator responsibilities will include document control and oversight for all phases projects. Roles and responsibilities include managing project schedules, budget/cost control, quality, and customer relations. In addition, as a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring profitability and quality targets are met while maintaining relationships with project managers, subcontractors, and clients (internal and external).
**Key Criteria/Requirement**
- 3+ years of project coordination work experience preferable within the construction and/or signage industry
- Strong documentation, record keeping and tracking skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and understand project specifications, technical drawings, and details.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a customer focused disposition.
- Strong experience scheduling and managing timelines.
- Strong communication skills; confident communicating with internal team members, clients and subtrades
- Hungry to grow in a fast-paced company and take on new responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Track and maintain detailed documents for site and project specific activities, and budgets.
- Manage construction timelines and track key milestones.
- Communication and coordination between clients, subcontractors, office staff and co-workers.
- Report on weekly deliverables to ensure targets are met and projects are on track.
- Troubleshoot any project related issues that may arise and take appropriate measures to correct.
- Analyze drawings and specifications for an in-depth understanding of project requirements.
- Coordinate delivery of services, subtrade work, materials, and equipment.
- Work closely with design team and operations.
- Review of shop drawings for compliance with design.
- Site supervision during installation of signage.
- Other duties as required.
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
