**Summary**

This role manages the Service Department administrative and coordination processes in an accurate, organized, and timely manner. The Service Administrator also serves as the first point of contact for any customer inquiries and provides administrative support to the Service Department.

**NOTE - **This is a contract position for twelve (12) months.

**What You’ll Do - The Role (Responsibilities)**
- Sending reports and required documentation to customers for work orders
- Project coordination & scheduling of Repairs & maintenance
- Handling & acknowledgment of customer purchase orders
- Reviewing system reports including open work orders
- Providing customer support by responding to any questions and requests
- Creating purchase orders and vouchering invoices for subcontractors
- Supporting accounts receivable as required
- Assisting with special projects and team support tasks as required
- In the case of a power outage or declared State of Emergency by any level of Government, be available for work
- Other tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time consistent with the growth and development of the organization and the position

**What You Need (Requirements)**
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in administration considered an asset
- 3+ years of administrative/contract experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong customer support skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
