**Overview**

**Duties**
- l Timesheet & Payroll Processing: Collect, verify, and track employee work hours; coordinate with staffing agencies on discrepancies and payroll processing.
- l Employee Onboarding & Records Management: Assign employee IDs, conduct orientations, and maintain accurate HR records.
- l Scheduling & Leave Management: Process leave requests, track attendance, and coordinate shift adjustments.
- l HR Support & Compliance: Address employee concerns regarding payroll, scheduling, and policies while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Collaboration with Finance & Staffing Agencies: Verify invoices, generate reports, and ensure payroll accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- l Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- l Previous HR-related experience required.
- l Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- l Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- l Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to handle large amounts of data efficiently.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to address HR issues effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
