With a dynamic team and over 100 businesses served, we’re expanding and looking for someone who can help keep our operations running smoothly.

**The Role**
We’re seeking a **HR & Finance Coordinator** who is detail-oriented, reliable, and bilingual (English and Chinese; Cantonese is a plus). This is a hands-on role where you’ll handle HR tasks, basic finance, and general coordination to support our team and leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**
- HR Support_
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and onboarding documents
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and training schedules
- Help manage internal HR updates and team communications
- Finance Support_
- Track client payments, send reminders, and keep records updated
- Prepare and send client quotations and contracts
- Work with accounting on monthly reports and reconciliations
- General Operations_
- Provide admin support to leadership and team leads
- Track timelines, deliverables, and client status
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and team coordination

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in admin, HR, or finance support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese an asset)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and Excel
- Professional, proactive, and trustworthy with confidential information

**Job Type**: Full-time, In-office (Toronto/Markham)

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
