Service Advisor
- **Quantum Marine **is looking for a DRIVEN, dynamic, team player as a **Service advisor**: We’re looking for a positive team member who is committed to the development and growth of our service department. Your role as a Service Advisor will be to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment that involves constant interaction with customers in person, over the phone and online. You will be involved in the customer’s vehicle service needs being determined, reviewed and completed while ensuring the customer is involved and aligned resulting high level customer satisfaction.

**As a service advisor you will**:

- Welcomes the customer warmly on arrival and obtains information about their boat or outboard.
- Explain the nature of the work performed and all the costs to the customer.
- Advise customers on how to look after their cars and stress the importance of maintenance, based on the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Maintains high standard of customer satisfaction
- Ensures that customers are informed of all promotions and services provided by the dealership.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year depending on experience
