**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Transmit customer requests to the appropriate service technician or department
- Provide estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Communicate with customers about the status of their RV repairs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of Automotive or RV experience
- PBS knowledge is a definite asset
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Great attitude with a high level ofwork ethic
- Self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
