**Job Summary**:
Work closely with the Validation Coordinators in assisting in validation activities through the generation and execution of process studies related to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

If you enjoy diversity in work projects and a team environment, then you will enjoy working with the Oral Solid Dose Process Validation Team You will be working closely with Planners/Schedulers, Manufacturing Operations and Documentation, Chemists and Scientists.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists in the generation of Validation Protocols, sampling plans and data reports.- Assists in co-ordinating with Validation, Production and Production Scheduling/MRP to track validation batches and issue all required notification for validation activities.
- Provide assistance to Process Validation Co-ordinators for validation report data generation and review, and liases with other Operations subgroups.
- Be trained in PV Validator Software project and aid in database management including Stage 3B tending, data retrieval and migration of documents.
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

- Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be enrolled in a recognized post-secondary Co-op education program
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, technical writing experience is an asse
- Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project
