**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized “New Client/CARM Representative” to join our team.

In this role, you will assist and onboard new clients to Hemisphere, including setting up CAD and USD

brokerage accounts. Additionally, you will guide clients through the onboarding process for the CARM

portal, a mandatory CBSA requirement for commercial importers to Canada. Extensive training will be

provided to help you develop a strong understanding of customs fundamentals and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain client profiles in customs software.
- Familiarize yourself with various paperwork required for different account setups.
- Provide project quotes, including duties, taxes, brokerage, and other fees.
- Build and manage reports within the customs system.
- Process customs entries (CAD and US) after training.
- Assist with CARM portal onboarding and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly through extensive training.
- Customs experience is preferred but not required.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary - $50,000 - $55,000 per year with 2 weeks paid vacation.
