Service Desk Technician
The IT Service Center Management is seeking a Service Desk Technician for our Advisor IT Help Desk.
**Accountability**:
- Answer front line questions from iA licensed advisors
- Takes ownership of issues and ensures customer satisfaction
- Actively focused in diagnosing and end-user problems in a timely fashion through problem identification, isolation and resolution
- Assigns more complex problems to 2nd Level support for advanced solutions
- Recommends system or process changes to reduce client issues
- The applicant's knowledge and interest in technology will allow them to respond to service requests of simple to medium complexity
- Perform hands-on assignments of moderate complexity outside of the Call Center as part of ongoing operations (support, IT requests)
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual French and English (English and french Customer)
- Teamwork - be a team player
- Experience Working in a Service Center
- Strong customer service orientation
- Working 12 PM to 8 PM EST (Toronto) or 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Vancouver)
- Excellent analytical skills and recognized autonomy
- Good knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals, Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, ServiceNow, Printers, Telephony and Networking
