**Technology Support Supervisor - Coteau du Lac**

**Role**
- Lead the IT Help desk team
- Ensure all requests received are handled in a timely fashion
- Transfer requests for enhancements, programming or complex troubleshooting to Business Analysts
- Develop and manage KPIs and KVIs for IT Help desk
- Build SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) and implement tools to measure and report on these SLA’s
- Work with technicians to develop and maintain all procedures and processes required to handle requests
- Communicate with vendors to follow up on requests

**Skills and Expertise**
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and frequent priority modifications
- Motivated to learn

**Requirements**:

- Computer Science diploma
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of the transportation business considered an asset
