- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent.
- Requires at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, computer hardware and peripherals
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
- Supports and maintains user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.

- Performs a variety of complicated tasks
- Works under general supervision. Some degree of creativity and latitude is required Key Tasks:
- On-site software support
- Repair of high-end printers and multi-function devices
- Hardware repair and software restoration at server component level
- Network device replacement/configuration
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Executing 'Smart Hands'
**Qualifications**:
- Requires experience in the field or related field; familiar with a variety of domain concepts, practices and procedures
- Able to perform call handling in a real-time reporting environment
- Able to work independently and with limited supervision
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
**Certifications**:
- CompTIA A+
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quebec City, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Field Service Tech: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
