**Associate Manager, Marketplace Products**As the **Associate Manager, Marketplace Products** at BCAA, you will provide direct support to the Product Manager and assume a pivotal position in offering strategic and indirect support to the entire Marketplace team. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for supporting seamless product launches and enhancements, optimizing user experience, and helping the business unit achieve its product goals and KPIs. **Who you are:** You’re an effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels across the organization.You are strategic and data-oriented, skilled at turning insights and trends into actionable product requirements. You demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills and can juggle multiple and competing priorities.
