**About the role**

Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- **Website Management**:
Oversee the ongoing maintenance and updates of the Excel Career College website (WordPress), ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
- **Social Media Guidance**:
Guide the social media team in developing content calendars, setting strategies, and monitoring engagement. Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- **Strategy Development**:
Create and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract prospective students. Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- **Brand Management**:
Ensure all marketing materials and online presence are aligned with our brand identity. Provide guidance to the team on maintaining consistent visual and messaging standards.
- **Support for Fairs & Events**:
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities for student fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach initiatives. Create marketing materials and provide on-site support when needed.
- **Partner Relations**:
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including media outlets, vendors, and educational organizations. Coordinate joint marketing efforts and partnership opportunities.
- **Collaboration with Admissions**:
Work closely with the admissions team to understand their needs and ensure marketing efforts align with recruitment goals. Provide marketing support and materials for their outreach activities.
- **Project Coordination**:
Manage marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Experience with WordPress website management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools
- Experience with branding and visual content creation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

**Requirements**:

- Degree, diploma, or certificate in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing-related role
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing related: 5 years (preferred)
