A Little About Us:
Wild Abandon Jewelry by Paramount Coastal Designs is a contemporary jewelry line with deep roots in the Victoria market scene. Our collection has a boho vibe influenced by the coastline and nature. Our studio is centrally located in Victoria and your days would be shared between local markets and our beautiful headquarters.

We regularly attend many local Vancouver Island Markets: The Thursday Sidney Market, Bastion Square Market and various other seasonal festivals and events. We also have a growing number of local retailers and an online presence.

A Little About the Position:
We are looking for a Market Coordinator to liaise/coordinate with the studio and events/markets going on throughout the year. This is a position of leadership, and you would also be expected to work some markets and events while supporting your team.

This position will likely start at 25/hr per week, and grow into full time come the warmer weather We are looking for someone who is stable in Victoria and is open to a new opportunity for growth within the company.

**Requirements**:

- sales experience (leadership is an asset)
- a driver's license and a vehicle
- computer proficiency and experience with POS systems/cash handling
- a familiarity with Victoria and its markets
- an adaptive, resourceful, versatile, multi-tasking mindset
- able to lift up to 30 lbs
- full summer availability Wed-Sunday from May to September (evenings/weekends)

Desired:

- a high level of customer service and leadership experience
- experience with inventory management
- a logical and systematic approach, with an eye for detail
- social media and marketing experience
- a love and/or appreciation of jewelry

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
