_Veterinary Receptionist (full-time)_

Join the Roncy Village Veterinary Clinic team We have an amazing and skilled veterinary team filled with passionate individuals who enjoy what they do and are committed to excellence in customer service and patient care.

The Roncy Village Vet Clinic team has five veterinarians (3 FT and 2 PT) and treats cats and dogs from our local neighbourhoods, as well as laparoscopic surgery referral patients from across the city and beyond. We are a Fear Free practice with a well-rounded support team that is cross-trained in multiple departments. Our receptionists are integral and valued members of our team - you are the empathetic and helpful face and voice of our practice, and the person that clients get to know and trust. The whole team relies on you to manage our schedule for optimum efficiency.

Reception duties include but aren't limited to:

- We are a forward booking practice. This means we communicate to all of our client's when we are to see them next. We pre-schedule all of their pet's necessary appointments in advance to ensure that no pet get's left behind as it relates to their preventive or medical health care recommendations.
- Handling all payments and submitting a daily finance report
- Organizing, completing or delegating administrative duties like advance appointment confirmations, list items and follow ups.

A background with a strong focus on customer service and experience as a veterinary receptionist is required.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
