We are looking for an enthusiastic **TERRITORY/ACCOUNT MANAGER** to join and support the Team,

**About the opportunity**
As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position plays a lead role in establishing and growing customer relationships, and in our mission to be the ‘First Choice’ for our customers. This role is responsible for the following:
- identifying, prioritizing and winning business with new independent customers
- managing retail dispensary outlet relationships
- executing sales initiatives and be a key contributor of high performance
- leading new business development in the Private Dispensary Channel by creating and delivering insightful, business building customer selling stories
- refining and leading implementation of selling tools and processes for the new team using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform
- working closely with trade marketing to develop, implement, and measure winning customer solutions
- developing and maintaining competent industry and product related knowledge

- two (2) to five (5) years direct selling experience for a CPG or beverage alcohol company including both account service and new account hunting and development; CPG and beverage alcohol experience in retail is preferred
- proven experience working with a CRM system
- formal sales training and direct-to-business customer experience
- ability to prioritize and manage workload across multiple simultaneous tasks, in a fast-paced work environment, while ensuring delivery of high-quality work and meeting timelines
- high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Outlook, Excel)
- experience with Oracle NetSuite and CRM tools is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
