We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Material Logistics Coordinator** to join our team. This role is key to ensuring efficient flow and tracking of materials from suppliers to job sites, supporting smooth project execution and inventory control. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the delivery, distribution, and inventory of materials across multiple job sites and warehouses
- Maintain accurate records of material orders, deliveries, usage, and returns
- Communicate daily with suppliers, internal teams, and project managers to ensure material needs are met
- Track and report on material shortages, backorders, and delivery delays
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation of stock levels
- Support the implementation of inventory tracking systems and material control processes
- Ensure all materials are handled and stored according to safety and quality standards

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics, inventory coordination, or material handling (2+ years preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using software tools for inventory and logistics
- Valid driver’s license (asset if travel between sites is required)
- Experience in construction, telecommunications or manufacturing is an asset
