General Manager for Busy East Toronto Coffee Shop

We are seeking a coffee shop leader that with a strong background in food and beverage management, excellent customer service skills, and a love for coffee culture.
As a growing coffee brand, we are looking for dynamic leaders that are seeking a consistent income and with a flexible work schedule.
**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations of the coffee shop to ensure high-quality service and product standards.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales tracking and cost control measures.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
**Skills**
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and dialing in a grinder are a must.
- Have over 3 years in coffee.
- Proficient in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $175.00-$300.00 per day
Work Location: In person
