**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the coffee bar, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Train and supervise baristas to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure consistent, high-quality coffee
- Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere for customers and staff, with a focus on building community and promoting KX Yorkville/Coffee Bar brand.
- Provide support to the General Manager as needed, including managing schedules, handling cash transactions, and overseeing the bar during peak hours.
- Work with management to improve coffee bar service and implement initiatives set out by management to improve customer experience and business operations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure that all staff are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in a coffee shop, with some supervisory or management experience
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and Google Drive
