Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized shop environment - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and food safety guidelines - Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of products - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Experience: - Previous experience in cashiering or customer service roles is preferred - Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Knowledge of POS systems is a plus - Experience in the food service industry or food handling is desirable - Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures is beneficial The Shop Assistant position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
