**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and serving to maintain quality standards
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using Micros POS or similar systems
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals and uphold food safety standards
- Assist with interviewing potential new hires
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, serving area
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a positive guest experience
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Uphold hospitality standards consistent with the brand’s reputation

**Requirements**:

- Proven supervising or team management experience in food service or restaurant environments
- Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards
- Previous barista experience is a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$19.40 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 42 per week
