**The Job**:
Munvo is expanding its Customer Success team. We are looking for a spectacular Client Partner to manage service delivery, establish trust with key customers and cultivate relationships for growth and business.

**What you will be responsible for**:
The Client Partner is responsible for building trusted strategic relationships within an account by understanding client needs, shaping solutions, and bringing expertise and thought leadership to solve critical digital transformation and omnichannel marketing technology challenges. This role contributes to profitable organic growth, expanding Munvo’s footprint, ensuring effective delivery and influencing the client's strategy to help drive high performance and continuous innovation.
- Delivery: managing technology and/or business advisory professional services, acting in both leadership and advisory capacity; oversight of all work being performed at the client, as well as hands-on responsibility for delivering client work; client advocacy/VoC_
- Account Management: ownership of account organic growth, client satisfaction, team engagement, and delivery success; manage engagement risk, project economics, and forecasting, managing accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client_
- Strategy: at the forefront of trends and innovation, influencing and building a compelling vision and narrative tied around the solution or services offered._

**What you will bring**:

- 8+ years prior consulting or industry experience
- Proven track record of developing trusted client relationships and fueling organic growth
- Demonstrated experience assembling and ensuring transformational solutions and diverse teams for complex program delivery
- Expert communication in English & French (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage across multiple clients
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
