As Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will join a close-knit and authentic recruiting team that believes in collaboration and thinks people are the core element in the thought process and practices that support operations.
**In this role, you will**:
- Position yourself as a true business partner for production and/or service teams, to support them in their talent acquisition strategies;
- Own the full lifecycle of the recruiting process for several key disciplines such as programming, art, design, marketing, production, and products;
- Collaborate with the Talents team to help achieve your department’s goals;
- Actively work with managers to identify their recruiting needs, and act as a sourcing expert to share useful insight about the current state of the market and the most in-demand professional expertise;
- Develop a solid understanding of recruiting processes and recommend improvements;
- Leverage data and findings to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting process, foster innovation, and influence hiring decisions;
- Stay on top of gaming industry news and trends.
**What we're looking for**:
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner;
- Someone who works and leads with empathy, and identifies with our culture and values;
- Someone who is curious, motivated, autonomous, and who likes to work in a team;
- Strong project management skills: You need to be able to manage a project from start to finish and to clearly understand the needs of all stakeholders involved;
- A passion for video games and/or the digital space and technologies;
**Dans ce rôle, vous devrez**:
- Vous positionner comme un.e vrai.e partenaire d’affaires des équipes de production et/ou de service afin de les épauler dans leur stratégie d’acquisition de talents;
- Mener le cycle complet du processus de recrutement d’une ou plusieurs disciplines clés (programmation, art, design, marketing, production, produit, etc.);
- Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe Talents afin de participer à l’atteinte des objectifs de notre département;
- Participer activement à la prise de besoins de recrutement auprès des gestionnaires, et agir en tant qu’expert afin de fournir de l’insight pertinent sur l’état actuel du marché des différentes expertises recherchées;
- Développer une compréhension solide des processus de recrutement et recommander des améliorations;
- Vous appuyer sur les données pour améliorer notre efficacité de recrutement, encourager l'innovation et influencer les décisions d'embauche;
- Vous tenir au courant des dernières actualités et tendances de l'industrie du jeu.

- D'excellentes aptitudes de communication, avec la capacité de s'exprimer en français et en anglais.
