**Role Summary**:
At Macdonald's Home Health Care, our Sales Support & Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team, clients, and healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and organizing documentation, including quotes and work orders for the Sales Team.
- Providing support to all Sales Team members as the office's primary contact point.
- Preparing quotations and work orders promptly.
- Performing general administration tasks.
- Managing and qualifying online leads through software.
- Distributing and managing leads and products to Seating & Mobility Consultants.
- Coordinating equipment assembly with service technicians.

**Requirements**:

- Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software, and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Effective multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle administrative tasks independently while maintaining communication with all company departments
- Knowledge and understanding of the BC Healthcare system is an asset
- Experience with a CRM or inventory management system is an asset
