We're looking for enthusiastic, hard working food people for the retail side. We've been open for a 18 months and feedback has been unbelievable. We are looking for experienced barista's and customer service wizards willing to work in an open and inclusive environment. This market concept where everything is made in-house from our bright and huge 7500 sq ft sun filled commissary kitchen. Think everything from sourdough bread, pastry, sauces, dressings, braised meats, and fully prepared meals. We value your ideas and hope to see them in the store one day. **Job Title**:FOH Customer Service **Hours: 25-35** hours (FULL-TIME & Part-time) **Requirements**: - **Enthusiastic and friendly food lover who provides exceptional customer service.**: - **Experienced barista**: - **Passionate about supporting and playing a role in a leading a team to keep customers happy and satisfied by providing a consistent experience that exceeds customer expectations.**: - **Support in the safe and successful day-to-day operation of the store and overall business.**: - **Must be able to work rotating weekends, both Saturdays and Sundays**: - **Smart Serve Certificate or willing to obtain**: - **Must be passionate about cooking and food** **Summary of Responsibilities** - Support with inventory, stocking, and ordering - Greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Identifying customer needs, preferences and providing appropriate suggestions - Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction. - Operating POS while providing accurate and efficient check out services - Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers and BOH kitchen - Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, specialty beverages efficiently and accurately - Cleaning and sanitizing retail store - Maintaining standards and all regulatory food safety practices. - Completing daily opening and/or closing duty requirements as needed with staff - Keeping the retail areas and café areas of the store fully stocked of merchandise and supplies - Communicating to managers when stock levels of merchandise and supplies are running low **Experience Summary** - **Minimum** 1-2 years of previous experience serving customers in a premium retail or premium restaurant environment.
