**Job Overview**
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. This role requires a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create innovative menus that reflect our restaurant's vision.

**Duties**
- Develop and design creative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our clientele.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and adherence to food safety standards.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proven experience in team management within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Extensive background in the food industry with a focus on culinary excellence.
- Proficient in cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Experience in restaurant management, including staff scheduling and training.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to supervise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience offered to guests.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
