**COACH'S** Is looking for **Experienced Line Cooks** to add to our team Weekend availability is required for this position.

We require a minimum 2 year line cook expierence You must have basic kitchen knowledge.

Must be able to work weekends. As well as a mix of day and night shifts.

19 dollars an hour to start, depending on expierence plus tips.

**Summary**

As an Experienced Line Cook, you will be integral to our kitchen team, reporting directly to the Head Chef. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. We expect you to bring core skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety. Your premium skills in time management and teamwork will ensure timely service during peak hours. Additionally, relevant skills in menu knowledge and plating will enhance our culinary offerings. Join us to contribute to an exceptional dining experience in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Contribute to menu planning and development by suggesting new dishes and improvements.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Charlottetown, PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safety Certification (required)
