**Required qualifications**:

- Grade 12 Diploma
- Post-secondary Education in Office or Business Administration
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer technology skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (knowledge of Meditech will be considered an asset)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French
- Ability to deal with public in a courteous and professional manner with superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available for call-ins
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $26.29 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- in hospital reception setting: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
