**The primary function of the Marketing Coordinator for Strategic Accounts is to support the Strategic Accounts team through administrative tasks, customer service, and account support in all sales channels. In this role, you will analyze competitor pricing and compare the outcomes of different pricing strategies. You will also play a key role in supporting our Strategic Accounts by preparing and assessing rebates, chargebacks and contract pricing.**:
**Role expectations**:
- Coordinate special marketing campaigns and promotions and other activities for the strategic accounts.
- Run, manipulate and analyze data from varying sources and monitor analytics and metrics: sales results, consumer trends, industry insights, inventory, etc.
- Prepare and examine detailed reports on sales results.
- Evaluate sales and marketing campaign effectiveness, track customer behaviour and movements and identify other drivers of insight important to growing the business.
- Support the sales team and the CSRs team with inquiries related to strategic accounts.
- ERP data management and update: price lists, item maintenance, contract pricing etc.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team in the execution of administrative procedures related to sales activities.
- Prepare and submit RFPs and quotations in collaboration with the strategic account’s specialist, ensuring that deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Perform ad hoc admin tasks.
**Job qualifications**:
- Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of related experience required.
- High level of XL proficiency.
- **_ Written and oral communication skills required in French and English._**
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Results oriented person.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Knowledge of the dental industry is an asset.

**Résumé du poste**:
Le rôle principal du coordonnateur ou de la coordonnatrice marketing - comptes stratégiques est de soutenir l’équipe des comptes stratégiques en exécutant des tâches administratives, de service à la clientèle et de soutien aux comptes pour tous les canaux de ventes. Le titulaire du poste analysera la tarification des concurrents et comparera les résultats de différentes stratégies de tarification. Vous jouerez également un rôle clé dans le soutien aux comptes stratégiques en planifiant et en évaluant les rabais, les rétrofacturations et les prix contractuels.
**Fonctions essentielles**:
- Coordonner des campagnes de marketing spéciales, des promotions et d’autres activités pour les comptes stratégiques.
- Traiter, manipuler et analyser des données provenant de diverses sources et assurer le suivi d’indicateurs : performances de vente, tendances chez les clients, perspectives sur l’industrie, inventaire, etc.
- Produire et examiner des rapports détaillés sur les performances de vente.
- Évaluer l’efficacité des campagnes de vente et de marketing, assurer le suivi des comportements des clients et de leurs déplacements et identifier d’autres facteurs d’influence importants pour la croissance de l’entreprise.
- Soutenir l’équipe des ventes et l’équipe du service à la clientèle en ce qui concerne les questions liées aux comptes stratégiques.
- Assurer la gestion des données du progiciel de gestion intégré (ERP) et en faire la mise à jour : listes de prix, maintenance des produits, prix contractuels, etc.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes et du marketing pour l’exécution de procédures administratives liées aux activités commerciales.
- Préparer et soumettre des demandes de propositions (RFP) et des devis en collaboration avec le ou la spécialiste des comptes stratégiques et s’assurer que les échéances sont respectées.
- Exécuter toutes autres tâches administratives.
**Formation et compétences**:
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 3 ans et plus d’expérience dans un domaine connexe.
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel.
- **_ Aptitudes de communication à l’oral et à l’écrit, en français et en anglais._**
- Capacité à travailler avec des gens en faisant preuve de sensibilité, de tact, de diplomatie et de professionnalisme, en tout temps.
