The Marketing Coordinator’s primary focus will be to drive leasing and marketing efforts for evo Montreal. This individual will be responsible for developing programs and initiatives to drive leasing to achieve budgeted occupancy goals. This individual will need to understand the cornerstones of our brand and culture and what makes evo different and the industry leader, and how to drive that into every individual he or she interacts with in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinating marketing efforts for evo Montreal
  • Implementation of all marketing activities
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

**Leasing Process and Systems**

  • Developing marketing plans that are beyond the rote and repetitive
  • Generate and assist team with new leasing initiatives

**Leasing and Marketing Plans**

  • Build annual and monthly marketing plans
  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve community calendars
  • Monitor effectiveness of marketing mediums and provide recommendations while working with approved marketing budgets
  • Complete and assist with community market surveys, university profiles
  • Implementation of strategic marketing plan elements

**Community Marketing**

  • Establish relationships with community
  • Creation, implementation and coordination of social and online marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate market conditions and competitive communities
  • Tour competitive communities and obtain marketing materials
  • Provide recommendations on leasing specials as needed
  • Identify new marketing and advertising opportunities
  • Create all resident communications
  • Create and keep inventory of marketing collateral, printed materials and promotional items
  • Review and edit online advertising websites for accuracy and effectiveness

**Events and Promotions**

  • Assist community staff and managers with planning and implementation of any and all marketing or promotional events on-site or off-site
  • Provide training and manage the planning process for large-scale marketing events
  • Handle the creative / visuals required

**School Relations**

  • Maintain ongoing communications with student associations
  • Follow-up with student associations in order to obtain direct mail lists

**Social Media**

  • Coordinate social media content strategy
  • Develop brand awareness
  • Maintain image consistency and market appeal
  • Create relevant content and manage it on all social media accounts
  • Generate inbound traffic
  • Measure and analyze ROI + impact/effectiveness
  • Monitor and respond to users and online reviews
  • Keep up to date with trends

**Qualifications and Requirements**

  • 2-5 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, must be perfectly bilingual. (Written, spoken)
  • Computer skills, including but not limited to spreadsheet, design software, data-base management software, most popular social media platforms and principles of SEO.
  • Ability to embody the evo Culture every day
  • Suite Adobe (photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
