The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing a variety of marketing projects. Key duties include managing website updates, coordinating the production and distribution of marketing materials, and assisting with marketing campaigns while analyzing their performance to optimize strategies. The role also involves maintaining marketing assets, managing project planning tools, and documenting all marketing expenses. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation and success of the marketing department’s initiatives.

**The opportunity**

**Marketing Operations**
- Assist in executing marketing projects and campaigns, while monitoring and analyzing their performance.
- Utilize project management tools for planning and managing projects.
- Support with website updates incl. uploading web banners and updating product detail pages.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.
- Manage print needs, coordinate translations, and organize branded items such as stationery and merchandise.
- Manage and centralize all marketing assets to ensure that materials are easily accessible and organized.
- Maintain the Marketing hub on the intranet, ensuring it remains current with resources and updates.
- Support the overall marketing team as needed.

**Project Collaboration**
- Track and document all marketing expenses against the budget, ensuring every invoice is accounted for.
- Triage and review new marketing requests; clarify requirements for new requests, as needed.
- Track and analyze key marketing KPIs, using data to produce regular reports.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain team planning documents and manage access to tools and lead trainings where applicable.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments, ensuring that needs are captured in our project management tool.

**Skills, knowledge and abilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role involving operational support and project management.
- Demonstrated experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing and coordinating marketing projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong experience in working with project management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in all aspects of marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent French and English (oral & written) required. This position will be working with global partners and researching competitors across the globe and presenting data analysis to members of leadership in Australia.
- Bonus: knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
