**Dulux Paints Part-Time Sales Associate**

Toronto, Ontario

**Job Function**:
When you join Dulux Paints, you join Canada's leader in decorative paints. We are seeking a dynamic customer focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our diverse team.

**Expectations**:

- High energy, positive attitude and a customer focused mindset.
- Providing leadership and direction of team to provide customer experience excellence in the store.
- Works jointly with the Sales team to generate new and maintain existing business and reach established financial goals.
- Coordinates the relationship between customers and stores team
- Develops, leads and help motivate team

**Requirements**:

- Excellent retail sales skills as well as some supervisory skills.
- Working knowledge of store operations
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift 5 gallon pails up to 70lbs.
- Build Strong Work Relationships
- Influence Decisions and Actions
- Act with Long term Perspective
- Mobilize resources
