**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome new and returning customers with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Listen to customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Educate customers on vape products, their use, and care
- Accurately process cash and card transactions using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Assist with inventory management, product placement, and daily operations
- Stay informed about current sales promotions, policies, and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver a superior customer experience

**Skills**
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience (required)
- 1+ year of vaping industry experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable, self-motivated, and a proactive team player
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.20-$17.55 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 27 per week
